In his role as System Source Technical Director, Rich Glenn is asked by clients to help them resolve problems. His talk is not about technology, but about the process and techniques one can use to understand the situation and find a resolution that works. He will review the Universal Troubleshooting Process—a step-by-step approach to troubleshooting many well defined systems.
Accomplishments
Rich Glenn has more than 10 years in the information technology industry and 17 years in the restaurant industry. He is technical director at System Source, a provider of information technology solutions and services for mid-market and enterprise organizations in the region. Rich had joined System Source in 1996 as a systems engineer, was promoted to the service manager role, and then to technical director. He holds IT industry certifications, including MCSE, MASE, MCNE, CLP, CNI.
