Westminster City has undertaken a Wireless Feasibility Study for 2007. Mr. Ferguson will bring us up to date with this information. Councilman Ferguson was first appointed to the City Council on June 11, 2001, filling the vacancy created by the election of former Councilman Kevin Dayhoff as Mayor.
Councilman Ferguson was elected to the City Council in May of 2003. He was then elected as Mayor of Westminster in May 2005. Mayor Ferguson is very active in the community. He has been a member of the Westminster Rotary for over 31 years. He was a founding member and first Chairman of the Greater Westminster Development Corporation. He served as a Director on numerous Boards of non-profit organizations and continues to be a member of the Board of Directors of The ARC of Carroll County, The Westminster Community of Shalom, Inc., and The Westminster Town Center Corporation.
