Tom welcomed everyone and attendees introduced themselves.
- Elections

Bob Cage announced that the CTC elections will be held and read the Bylaws election guidelines. Bios were read by members and Tracy distributed election ballots to all members present. Members voted and election results were announced as follows:
Scott Adelman, Judy (Stem) Baxter, Kevin Brown, Jerry Tabeling wee elected to the Board of Directors.
Isabel DeFeo was elected to the office of Vice-President.
Tom thanked the Ron Harrington, Chairman and the Election committee for conducting a successful election.

Scott reminded everyone that the members-only group meets regularly on the 2nd and 4th Friday mornings at 8 am in Eldersburg at Martins. New member Jessica Tupis joined the group. Contact Scott Adelman or Ron Harrington for more information.

Tracy reported that volunteers reimaged 40 computers at the last workday. The next CompuKids Donation Day is November at 21st. Please contact Bobby Keller or Tracy to arrange to help.

Denise announced new evening seminars beginning January 21st from 7:00 - 8:30 pm at the Carroll Non-Profit Center. Any member(s) who are interested in teaching the course below should contact Denise.
Technology Everyone Should Know
Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Web 2.0. Technology changes so quickly that it's often difficult to keep up with the latest trends. This free seminar will get you "in-the-know" with many of the newest technologies available and how they affect our daily lives. - Marketing

Tracy distributed surveys to members who have not completed one to date. The Marketing committee created a CTC Facebook page - more info to follow.
Carroll County Times articles - Tracy encouraged members to write articles. Articles should be 450-500 words and be on a topic of general interest to the public.

Past President Ron Harrington is the committee chair, with members Bob Dorr and Bob Cage. Two executive committee positions - Vice President and Secretary will be up for election. Four board seats are also up for election - current candidates are Scott Adelman, Dave Buie, Kevin Brown, Bill Eyler, Bill Murphy, Judy Stem, and Jerry Tabeling.

- Technically Speaking Dinner

Judy Stem reminded everyone about the TS dinner on Saturday. Nominations for Techie of the Year and Tech Company of the Year will be presented.
- Holiday Gathering

Dec. 17th at Kohn Creative in Westminster from 5-8 pm. College Square Liquors will be providing wine service that evening.
- Masquerade Ball

The Masquerade Ball is Jan 30th at Martins in Westminster. An event ad was placed in Carroll magazine Dec/Jan issue.

- InfoPathways is hosting a holiday gathering on Dec. 3rd. Contact Jeannine if you would like to attend.
- BNI is also hosting at networking event on Dec. 3rd at Time Out Sports Grill beginning at 5 pm. Just show up if you would like to attend.
- Stu Benner said that the VEX Oct. 31st event was a success with 27 teams. He also announced that the VEX Mid-Atlantic Competition will be held in Westminster Feb. 26th and 27th. Many sponsors and judges will be needed. Contact Dave Franc if you can sponsor or volunteer for the event.
