Understanding the challenges that small businesses face in the government contracting arena, the Tech Council of Maryland is producing its first ever Small Business Government Procurement Summit on Tuesday April 13, 2010 from 8:00 to 11:30 AM at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in North Bethesda, MD.
