UMB Creates Free Database for Tech Commercialization

The University of Maryland, Baltimore ,has created a free database of technologies available for commercialization from academic institutions, government facilities and companies in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia.

The hope is that investors will check out the site, at www.invenioip.org , and find something worth financing.

TEDCO funded the program in early October, shortly after the site was launched.
